Yara
Raised by her grandmother, Yara did not know a mother's care. Almost until adulthood, her grandmother taught her to read a witch's book, brew tinctures and salves, and whisper charms. When the old woman passed away, she passed her gift to Yara, but Yara still did not hurry to use it and relied on old knowledge.
Reynard
A hunter of evil spirits and a member of one of the few Night Brotherhoods. Even as a child, he knew what he wanted to do with his life. So, as soon as he reached the right age, he joined one of the Brotherhoods, where he met Gerhard, who in time became his closest companion.
